Staff was so professional Car that take us to airport was so clean and driver professional The man who gave us arabic coffee and dates was so friendly The room service is fast The room is clean The food in breakfast is good but I recommend to put tea and coffee bar self service, instead of order tea.

one of the most nearest hotel to masjid alharam the staff were very helpful ( i recall mrs abdularahman al hassani and attiah) the room was ready when we arrived they offer a complementary visit to the coffee they help us when we need medical clinic i for sure i will visit the hotel again

Alhumdulillah with the grace of almighty allah he took me back to makkah this time round with my two sons and one of mine elder son first time in fairmont royal clock tower to meet nice managers employees of fairmont royal clock tower and friends ,specially mohammed al yousef ,atyah operation manager and everyone in reception ,and guest realtion employees mohammed he was so helpfull and told me to us all the facilities of the hotel and other staff were really friendly and welcoming us in the hotel. When we got to the hotel Umar duty manager he checked us in on his desk which he sits and that is duty manager desk he was so friendly and professional person and he explain to us everything so nicely and warm way . Then he give us our cards for the room which we booked alhamdulillah i want to say mohammed al yousef booked my room and it was so beautiful were we could see the whole of al haram and the kaaba and listen to makkah azan i pray to allah he rewards mohammed al yousef and atyah in this world and hereafter and director of fairmont royal clock tower you need to call mohammed al yousef and atyah in your office and prise them for there hard work and you need to give them pay rise for looking after allah quests there are amazing employees of fairmont royal clock tower atyah invite me to emir floor to listen to taraweeh and have something to eat during taraweeh and after taraweeh . Seven days were not enough for us in makkah even restaurant managers staffs were amazing they really look after everyone who was staying in the hotel in the month of ramadhan. You need to prise everyone even the cleaners. Inshallah i will stay again i have already booked my ramadan flights for next year and in september this year i am staying again in Fairmont royal clock tower and insha'allah i am staying in fairmount royal clock tower with my two brothers in law next year from march 25.

The Fairmont makkah is a good hotel in makkah second time coming here my family is happy, the reception smells distinctive, hotel cleanliness is prefect, room it's very clean bed is comfortable staff is helpful, front of Haram, I can learn azan inside my room
